If I say world's worst customer service, I guess that would be less. They are those who first made your hair worst while smoothing then will not admit their mistake. Instead of admitting that, they would start blaming your old hair, and will tell you that your age factor and having kids is responsible for not getting good results. And if you are trying to give your points and saying that you have paid for that and they have to fix the problem, they get aggressive and even the man there, will ask you to leave their parlour even if it is 9:00 pm. He has no sense how to talk with ladies. While using his hands, he asked me to leave the parlour just bcz I was giving my point that you promised to fix the damage hair. He showed anger as if it is not their mistake, he used aggressive tone while talking. Hey you, arguing doesn't mean you go out of your control. Everybody has anger, everyone can express it but we have not been told to use high tone with elders. First learn how to talk with customer then do the work. You have showed what you have learned in your 22 years long experience.

Disgusting salon. I have learnt salon course from this lady and after learning she refused to give me certificate it been now 5 or 6 years I am asking for my certificate and this shows the kind of person she is and deserves 0 star .i mean such third class attitude they showed i even learnt the makeup course from orane and they still have the record from my name . Do not send your daughter or wives in this salon if you want to get train in salon skills course and want to go abroad do not choose this salon it's not professional as theyll speak so politely with you untill Unless you are handing over the fees I got fooled that's all I can say

amazing salon......very good services I got smoothning done from here and my experience was pretty good they are very good at their work]. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
