We just had a great experience @ Headmaster Salon -- absolutely nailed the haircut! really listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. walked out feeling super fresh and confident. The hair spa was the cherry on top -- so relaxing and indulgent, I didn't want it to end. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who truly gets the brief and makes the whole experience feel special.

Never ever go there! I got a hair coloring service from this salon, and based on my hair type, their main stylist, Anmol, recommended Nano Plastic and color. However, on the day of my appointment, he didn't show up, and the team told me he had taken the day off. What kind of service is this? When I booked, Anmol told me he was very experienced, which is why his charges were higher than the other stylists. But on the day of my appointment, their manager approved his vacation. The manager, Pankaj, has no sense of how to handle clients. The franchise should fire him--he doesn't deserve to be a manager. Anyway, they charged me 23,000 just for Nano Plastic and color, and within a month, my hair was completely damaged. I had never experienced hair fall before, but now it's worse than ever. Please never go to this salon! They are just using the franchise name, but their head staff and manager have no idea how to deal with clients. Plus, their products will ruin your hair for sure! They are just saying they are using the imported and best quality of products but everyone is liar there. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY....

Nice. I am updating herewith my last review, I am coming here since 1 year and amongst regularly for my head and beard . My family had a hair treatment botox and more. All these were done by the artist Mr. Pawan and I must say I really had a fantastic experience till date. The hospitality and embience they offer is very very nice. Hope to see more from them in near future !

For the very first time I visited at headmaster for my engagement makeup. I had wonderful experience with Davinder sir and with other staff too. Staff was so cooperative and very respectful with me. I will definitely suggest Headmaster for makeup and other skin treatment too. They make my day so special and wonderful even i love the makeup.

I had a facial done by Reet, and it was amazing! She was professional and really took the time to understand my skin. The products felt great, and my skin looked so fresh afterward. I highly recommend her services!

Kudos to Shubham for the haircut. Answered all my questions well, left with good haircut and beard. 5 stars for him, but Giving them 3 stars only because of the haircut, - 2 for service, you guys gotta work on your customer service..

I have done my mono plastia hair treatment from headmasters phagwara. Thanks to great team of SHIV, SAHIL, CHANDAN and especially REET for making my face clean and pretty. You guys are wonderful.
