Extremely disappointed with both the service at Lakme Salon and their customer complaint handling. After a terrible experience at the salon, I raised a complaint and only received one call -- during which the salon was found to be closed. After that, there was complete silence from their side. To my shock, I later received a "complaint closed" email without any follow-up, resolution, or explanation. This has been one of the worst salon and customer service experiences I've had. It's unacceptable to ignore a customer's concern and then pretend it's resolved. Definitely not what you'd expect from a brand like Lakme.

I'm really happy with the service over here at Lekme Phagwara, the staff is very welcoming and polite. I got my party makeup and hair do. They were listening to my preferences and kept modifying it as per my choice. I loved the eye make , got it just as I wanted. Komal did a great job. Definitely recommend it to others.
