Make-up they do is really good. However, their behaviour is bit rude, which person didn't expect. I want to change my hairstyle and at back they make weird faces. Do not apply anything on neck. They are good in makeup service not in customer service.

Most of the staff is friendly. Anjali the manager is friendly upfront but her attitude changes after you book the services. I had bridal services done. She didn't event consume me on what colors to use for my makeup look. My eyes were too dark. She wasn't excited at all and this wasn't a good start for my big day but I had to ignore it and move on with my day. So my suggestion is that they work on their customer service. Pay more attention to what the customer wants.

I visited here to get my gel nails removed. I am really not sure it counts as positive or negative review. The lady removed my nails by pulling the tips gently, when asked if she will not use tools to removed she said it will make my nails weak which sounded sensible at that time. Now because of pulling, I have blood clots under my nails which are painful. And she didn't even file the nails properly. For whatever she did, it costed 1000 which I think is way too much for what she did!!

Best Salon ever! I had my bridal makeover done by Anjali on jan 20 and i was so happy with outcome. Definitely my favourite place for makeup from now on. Staff is very friendly and nice. I recommended my cousin there for bridal makeover and it was flawless. Thank you Loreal studio team.
