Worst experience! It was my first time at Chandigarh Trendz Salon, and honestly, it was a complete disappointment. I got the Karbond treatment done, which turned out to be a total waste of time and money. Their time management is extremely poor--before taking any service, make sure to get a written confirmation of the service duration. They are unwilling to accept their own mistakes and instead make the customer feel like the problem. Communication from the staff was unclear, and they were juggling multiple clients at once without any proper scheduling. I felt really bad after the service. Not a single apology from their side--only blame-shifting onto the customer. Highly unprofessional. Not recommended. Not happy till now

The owner is reporting honest reviews, and #Google @Google is deleting them. What's the point of leaving feedback if the truth keeps getting removed . Ma'am, I genuinely believe you may need to seek professional help, as your repeated behavior reflects a concerning pattern. Once again, you are blaming the customer instead of reflecting on your own actions and conduct. It seems like your salon staff could also benefit from training in proper customer service and communication skills. I acknowledge that I was wrong to believe everything I saw online, but that doesn't give you the right to deflect blame and become defensive instead of taking responsibility for your mistakes. This behavior is unprofessional, and instead of resolving the issue, you're choosing to argue. Please seek for the professional development classes and get well soon

very Nice experience with chandigarhtrendz salon. My wife got silk theropy treatment from them now hairs are straight, polished nd silky.. Will visit again. Very professional nd friendly environment.

Worst service ever it's my first and worst experience with Chandigarh trendz saloon. I visit there first time and done my highlights from there in my crown area. Highlights are not properly visible. The way of talking of the owner is so rude. Wastage of money there . Think before visit there
