I visited cleopatra salon and was pleased with the package I purchased. The services provided were excellent, and the staff did a great job. However, I did notice in my multiple visits that the girls at the reception could improve their customer service skills. While one of them was friendly(a bit) the other never smiled. I believe that a warm smile can go a long way in making customers feel welcome without compromising professionalism. Additionally, I was surprised that no refreshments, such as tea or water, were offered during my wait, even though I was there for a significant amount of time..As a customer travelling from a distance and paying a premium price, I expect a certain level of hospitality.

Got my party make up done from Harpreet today for my Mehandi ceremony. She did an excellent job . Everyone loved the makeup, it stayed perfect for more than 12 hours . Highly recommend getting makeup done from her .

I have been their customer from past 3-4 years. They are good with their services. But my recent experience got ruined just because of the lady at the reception. Responding rudely to customer is not going to help. I am done with this salon and recommend everyone to stay away from it if you have self respect.
