Curvey Shadow-Luxury salon

This was my first experience here and definitely the last. I usually don't write reviews but everytime I see my hair in the mirror, I don't want anyone to go through the same pain. Staff is not experienced at all. I asked for a straight haircut, just normal trimming and they ironed my hair first. Imagine they straightened my hair before giving me the haircut. I kept asking the guy the purpose of it and he was like this is how they will cut evenly. I have gotten my hair cut numerous times and no one has ever straightened my hair first. I also told him that I don't use any heat on my hair but he didn't listen and kept going. My hair are naturally wavy so I couldn't guess how much length will suit me because obviously they will look shorter after coming back to their natural look. So now I have really short hair for no reason and they are extremely long from the front which never happens in a normal cut. Please don't go to this place. Just putting excessive white and yellow lights does not make a place luxury. Services need to match the standard too. When they can't do a simple straight haircut properly, I couldn't trust them with any other services.

There should transperency regarding use of one or more discount cards. I visited salon today only to find in shock that the discount card that I purchased from their agent can't be used as it's a second card . Even if their agent kept me in dark, the salon is responsible for the action of their agent and can't refuse me service. The agreement of agent and salon is their mutual understanding and client must not be made to suffer. The salon refused me service even though I paid for card to their agent. Moreover nothing regarding this is mentioned on the card. Sheer lack of professionalism.

One of the best experience in there salon. I was totally disappointed with other salons and finally found the best one. I would recommend to visit once and staff was extremely professional. I specifically amazed with services given by Ms Priya. If u r considering her u r surely in good hands

Awesome staff and so caring . I love too much Saloon . It's so high advance facilities . Gorgeous Look and beautiful environment there . I just go to cutting hair and they so cut pretty awesome that's why i love this one i advice to t Go there thanks

The best salon in the city. Bei g a regular customer i advice each and everyone to come and visit.The staff is best. Owner also good.Aman ma'm and kiran ma'am is the best.
