I got a hydra facial done by Ramanpreet Kaur. She really listened about my skin issues and suggested this facial depending on my skin concerns. She is very thoughtful and gave great advice on skin care routine. The facial was very relaxing and value for money. The salon has a relaxing atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Loved the experience and would certainly visit again for a facial.

Given their jacked up charges, you would expect them to at least greet customers when they walk in and pay quick attention. Instead the women at the reception are either busy in their phones or simply chatting with each other. They look at you puzzled when you enter the salon, and the customer has to initiate the conversation. The person attending to you has to be reminded to sanitise their hands. Please start doing that in front of the customer for their peace of mind. The cotton pad used for powder before threading was being repeatedly used on the customer skin and dipped in the powder box. The same powder will be used on other customers. Poor hygiene practices. Then the staff members keep talking loudly across the hall, passing directions, discussing about a certain customer, especially the woman with curly brown hair. Why should other customers have to hear your loud conversations? Can you please maintain some hygiene and decorum?

From the moment you walk in, the warmth and professionalism of the receptionist make a lasting impression. She was not only welcoming but also provided all the necessary information with a friendly demeanor. The entire staff is enthusiastic and dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for every guest. The hygiene standards are impeccable, and the quality of services offered is exceptional, especially considering the location. It's important to note that this establishment is not unisex. While my wife enjoyed an array of pampering treatments beyond just a facial, I could observe the team's unwavering commitment to customer service as I waited. Overall, the staff is attentive and ensures a blend of pampering and professionalism, all at a competitive price point. I highly recommend their services. Recently I visited Lakme saloon, phase 7 and I had wonderful experience there. The hair cut was done by Vijay and styled by sunny. It was so good and I strongly recommend people to visit.
