shineon salon - Best Salon in Mohali

Worst experience at ShineOn Salon, Phase 5, Mohali, that happens to be sister concern of Jukero Salon, Phase 3B2, Mohali. Very unprofessional and untrained staff. I took prior appointment for face bleach and facial. While the girl employee was applying bleach on my face, I informed that I had sensitive skin and asked about the duration for which she would leave bleach on my face. Without any response, she applied bleach on my face and left to attend other walk-in clients. I called her to clean my face after 10 min but she showed up after 20 min to clean the bleach. It left my face burnt. Then she skipped scrub and massaged my skin that again heated up my face. I dropped everything and went for gel pack only. I expressed my disappointment. After all this, she still forced me to overpay for everything. Very disappointing.
