I booked a package today itself and it was a offer deal so in first they were like okay a offer customer. They started with my facial first which was amazing done by a girl isha.. she did a great job and then they came for waxing it was just arms and underarms but they sent 2 people for doing that and that too a girl who just joined today and she peeled and scrapped the waxing strip so hard it gave me 3 bruises in underarms and my arms. Which led me to utter disappointment . I would like to tell the owner and manager who soever takes care of daily appointments dont treat customers like roadside people they come for a experience and i visisted for the first time but it ruined my arms.. and all of the girls went home even my half services were pending. Head massage was pathetic but i like the blow dry . Please manitain professionalism And the beauty room was way below average.

I have gone for full waxing package at 1200 including bikini which is a good deal. And service of waxing was also good. But tried their facial service and manicure pedicure the service was not at all up to mark. The pedicure was very pathetic they scrapped my feets

One of the worst saloon in mohali. Actually i booked an appointment this morning for 3:00 pm. Once I reached the staff said please come after 2 hours we have some shortage of staff. The main reason behind that i booked some services through shoutlo. I request to everyone please don't go there. These guys are very rude, unprofessional , unethical.

I booked through shoutlo lotus facial but when i reached the salon they were abusing and also when I say to show the products which you are using. At first they totally denied and with lots of request they showed and they were all expiry. And said thatvthey just refill the bottles. Very disappointing. Will never recommend this salon to anyone. If you cannot give the services at mentioned rates please raise your price on the app. Dont play with someone skin by using expiry products.

I had a facial, waxing, and massage from Raveena and Neema. Both of them are awesome and know exactly where to apply pressure. The service was exceptional. The owner, Sameer, of this salon is always helpful

Service was excellent. Sameer is expert in Hair cut. All employees were professional, caring and took great care of all customers. Hair Spa service was excellent.
