Our stay on 19th and 20 th April at Udman and The Opulent Both the resorts at Chattarpur Delhi Udman and The Opulent ....booked by us Maintenance extremely extremely poor, staff totally inexperienced, and the managing staff is a bundle of liars ...and expert in cover ups. Lifts not working, AC 's repeated failure, wash basins choked, toilet seats not working and above all arrogant and incompetent Mamagers. Absoute fiasco Avoid Keep away from these resorts and the managers who are totally untrustworthy and unreliable. Total failure , total mess Rating Negative......avoid this place

It was a beautiful experience, the staff was very respectful and helpful. They have a good range of products and prices.

I had an amazing experience at opulent with Meera as it's my first time to have a facial in my life time. So I am extremely satisfied and happy with the services offered by them

My wife got her nails done here but we didn't see the quality. Her nails got cracked very next day. We went there to get them correct but the staff was not there and we went back to our hometown and now one by one more nails are getting cracked. We don't recommend this place for nails.

Worst service ever i got root touchup done from them the person was so unprofessional he did such a bad job he pit the whole colour on my scalp i have gotten done from local salons also even they dont do that so bad service plus the colour he did was golden it was not my natural colour at all it looked like mehendi . Such a terrible experience. Pls dont go to them. They even refused to agree that they did it terribly

had a disappointing experience at the salon during my second visit. My first appointment with Raj was fantastic; he colored my hair beautifully, earning me numerous compliments. However, this time, IMRAN completely ruined it by turning my colored hair to pitch black. He even blamed Raj for using poor products to overshadow his mistake, which was frustrating. Overall, it felt like a waste of money, and I believe the salon should consider rehiring Raj for consistent quality

Got a haircut and it was absolutely horrendous! He did exact opposite of what I wanted and left a small chunk of hair in the back for length and it looks like a horse's tail now. As a hairdresser how can you not know how to section the hair properly?
