I went there for hair colour and botox in which the girl over there she recommended me to go for nanoplastia and she said that would be great for you and i agreed what she said and took an appointment, I asked them just let me know if everything will be done in one day or no because I have a flight and I will manage my schedule accordingly but they confidently said yes, mam don't worry sab ho jaega. Then I went there at 12:00 noon and the boy over there whose name is Happy started doing hair colour in which he kept bleach in my hair for literally 6 hours and still he was saying abhi nhi hua mam and kept on attending his other clients also he was saying this is not bleach mam we don't use bleach, and after 6.5 hours when they washed my hair and combing while drying my hair were literally falling from the end and they refused that these are not burnt hair, they said mam itna light colour karwaoge to ese hi hota, ese hi baal nikalte h, jab treatment (nanoplasta) loge everything will be alright and nothing went right, he didn't do the same colour I asked for even my hair treatment was also not done right, my hair feels so bad also he didn't give the same hair cut i asked for. The Manager there, she is a girl I don't know her name was also supporting him and didn't help me throughout. Also, they were asking to pay the amount before services because that guy was doing his job till 9:30 PM and that casher who is female has to go, such bad people they are. I will never ever go there and will never ask for you to visit there.
