I recently visited WHOX Salon in Sector 78, Mohali, and had a really good experience. The staff was polite and explained everything clearly. I got a hair smoothening treatment done, and I could see the difference right away -- my hair felt much softer and easier to manage. They keep changing their barber every month. Been there 3-4 times for a hair cut and every time there was a new barber. Most of them seem beginner. Have never been satisfied with my haircut and beard service with this salon. Advise to the salon: hire more experienced staff or completely stop the male services if you don't have the expertise.

This Salon has always charged me with their hidden charges. I asked them what will be the charges for washing my hair, the lady who sits there said 450Rs. Which usually in other salon I give 400rs. I said okay and once I was done she said 650rs because your hair length is big. I told them they should have told me this before hand but that's how they make money. Next time I took my son for the hair cut, they said 250 rs, my son is 5 years old. In other good salons they charge 200rs. I said okay and once the hair cut was done the lady again said 300rs as you got the designer hairstyle. This Salon was near to my place that's the reason I use to go, now I am not going back there. They never keep the transparency and charge their customers for no reason.
