I got wax and full body spa and the only good thing about the place was the person who did the service- Pardeep. She went above and beyond to provide good service. The place is overpriced for the products they use and the environment. All the towels had stains on them and were stinking plus there was no heating. My sister got a haircut and they completely butchered it and did not even apologize and had the audacity to charge for it!

I went for a haircut at this place. So they obviously washed my hair first and the guy literally took 20 seconds to wash. Didn't use any conditioner. And the towels they use have a stench as if they have been reusing them on different clients. The haircut was really bad. The guy didn't ask what i wanted my hair to look like. Really bad customer service. Before the blow drying I asked them if they had a heat protector and they didn't have that either. Considering it's a salon providing the number of services they say they do, they don't have the basic products for them. The products that they do have are actually a very cheap brand and quality. After ruining my hair and giving me the poorest service they had the audacity to charge me money and ask for more when i paid whatever i did. All in all it was a horrible experience. Never would dare to go back to this place. Wonder how they're still up and running.

I had smoothening and keratin treatment here in oct. Very bad experience...they used the product which I had never heard of ...then they were selling me those products..y hair gone very bad in ljust few days after the treatment....and the price of the treatment was very High.. don't go there plzzz

Went for hair pressing and the girl burnt my ear instead of apologising she denied it. Very rude staff

I had a hair cut here, Barber rarely used the scissors from start to end, performed with trimmer Suggested the best possible hair cut fit as per the requirement But quite expensive *4 than market average cost- therefore it was #waste of money

Very poor! It was my first and last visit there ever! I don't find it appreciable if someone is UNABLE to invest in the inputs required (quality products, dryers, combs etcetera), efficiently trained staff and can not provide quality in service. Atleast, invest on the BASICS please, just see the competition in the market and look at the quality you're providing!

Worst salon ever waste of your money and time don't ever gl there for any kind of services....they have unprofessional staff they don't even know a single things about services

I will never recommend this salon to anyone. I had to get ready for my own wedding reception and they did very bad on the make up. It was my biggest day but and whenever I came across my reception pictures with that glittery makeup, I always feel so embarassed in front of my family. Never ever go to this salon for make up. They took 4 hours to did my make up. The girls didn't even knew what hairstyle is gonna suit me acc. to my dress. I ended up with my own sis in law doing my hair.
