The Glam room

They do great haircuts in the salon, but it's very hot inside. It's hard to sit there. I wish they had a fan or AC on. The service is good, but the environment isn't.

I wish I could not give any of the star for them, but there is no choice. I visited at this place for head wash. One of the staff was asking me do you want regular shampoo or another one? I ask for the regular one I don't know which shampoo they were using Also, I asked for the price for the regular one and the special one. They said the regular price is 150 and the other one is 250. he just used shampoo once and my hair wasn't get cleaned properly. Then, they ask me for blow dryer or straightening I chose blow dryer. When I went to the counter, they charged 350 and my hair wasn't dry properly and then we want to know why did they charge extra when i already said i need regular head wash. lady said she has freezing here that's why they are not dry and she is using blah blah shampoo, which was none of her business. Very unprofessional, it was first and last visit at this place. It's not about the money it's about satisfaction.
