I was surprised to read the negative reviews. In my experience, the cinema is well-managed, the staff is helpful, and the atmosphere is vibrant, especially on weekends. If you find the air conditioning too chilly, the best approach is to simply ask the staff for an adjustment, there's really no need to describe the experience as a nightmare, LOL. The ticket prices are fair, offering the best quality compared to places like PVR or other screens, especially when it comes to food. Should you encounter any issues, I've found the management to be very responsive and always willing to listen. Truly, it's one of the best customer experiences I've ever had! Nice experience.... Best movie theater

Nice and well built Cinema. The screen had some spots that needed to be cleaned and the projector shows small blue dots on screen in dark scenes. For focusing the image i guess. They didn't even check out tickets. Snacks are not expensive like in PVR and other cinemas.

Worst Ever Cinema , I have ever seen in my life , No rules and regulations, No checking while Entry , The Show was full , But the People were still entering and sitting on the Ground , standing in front , on the sides , the lights were not shut while the movie was on and there was a lot of disturbance inside by the staff and people. Worst experience ever in my life.

Good Multiplex. They have water amusement park in same place.

The worst waterpark, the management is not at all helpful. Had been there last month, there were nobody except for myself and my family, total four people plus one infant, nobody stopped from going onto the water slides or pool in the clothes which we had worn which were synthetic however, when we went there two weeks ago with our extended family, there were other families and people too, the management stopped us this time going into the pool with wearing synthetic clothes when I went and spoke with their staff and told them why were we not stopped the last time cz that time there were only four of us and this time since there is a bit of a crowd and others are renting costumes is the reason you all want us to do the same, they had no answer to that. The water was extremely filthy with flies and as soon as you would enter, you would start feeling itchy no matter whether you apply any moisturizer, sun screen lotion or any ointment. The slides had paint come off due to which it was becoming difficult to slide even after the water was being poured continuously.
