I got hair coloured by harpreet sir it was my first time here and wonderful experience.He was attentive,hard working and attentive and felt like he cared about everything .He was really amazing and kind to their clients. He was really amazing perfect hairdresser. Thanks alot harpreet sir

I had a fantastic waxing experience with Vaneet! She was incredibly professional, kind, and made me feel at ease right away. The salon itself was clean, relaxing, and well-organized. Vaneet was very thorough and gentle -- you can tell she really cares about doing a great job. My skin felt smooth with no irritation, and the results were perfect. I'll definitely be coming back to her. If you're looking for someone skilled and caring, I highly recommend booking with Vaneet!

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE FROM THIS PLACE ! I had an awful experience at this salon. I specifically asked for my hair to be colored brown, but they dyed it jet black. When I pointed it out, they kept insisting it was brown, even though it is clearly black. They kept saying the next treatment would lighten the hair, which didn't make sense--how would a treatment turn dark black hair into brown? I asked for a refund, but the owner refused at first and kept insisting that I'm the one whose expectations mismatch. After an hour of arguing and them pushing to 'fix' it--despite me explaining that further coloring would damage my hair--they finally agreed to refund me. The lack of accountability and poor customer service was shocking. I definitely do not recommend this place.

I got my kera smoothing done from Baban. He was really amazing and didn't make me feel that he was a random hairdresser. He was so friendly in fact every staff here are so friendly. I highly recommend anyone who hasn't visited Lakme Salon, Tanda Urmar, to make it a priority on their to-do list. It's a must-visit for a fantastic experience If coming make sure to have your treatment from BABAN; the stylist.
