Very unprofessional service they are giving to the highest paid packages. They don't know how to welcome clients. They were asking for money for every single thing then what they have made the packages for ???Staff doesn't know how to behave with clients. If you don't want to ruin your mood and face then don't go there. They don't know what they are doing, they are doing opposite what you are telling them to do. They are literally doing 1500 makeup for 12000. WORST PLACE FOR MAKEUP SERVICES.

Worst thing was i came from foreign my mother booked high package for me and 3500 for her and they told my makeup will be done from their owner and she was not there, second thing they used same products on both of us then why charged extra? Other thing they made my mother look horrible worst makeup and we were just asking them again and again to use mascara kajal lipper, they didn't even know how to do hairstyles. They just ruined our mood in starting only never even told us that extensions and accessories will be charged and they charging too much extra and then back bittching behind us THE WORST STAFF EVER AND WORST DEALING EVER. PLEASE LEARN HOW TO BE WELCOMING. I just canclled my bookings for other 2 functions thank god

The worst thing which I have experienced at this place was they booked so many appointments and did worst makeup and I was continuously asking please do hairstyle, please put my lashes on and the lady forgot mascara and kajal. I visited overthere twice but both days I had worst experience. I specially came from Australia and booked them for makeup. I got late for all the rituals as well. They didn't have knowledge about hairstyles as well . I didn't want to put the review but they spoiled everything.
