I recently visited this salon during my trip from Australia, based on a recommendation from my mother. I had a consultation with the owner's wife and clearly communicated that I was looking for a straight-hair look. As a customer, I rely on the expertise of professionals to guide me toward the most suitable treatment for my hair type. I mentioned that I had been getting nanoplastia treatments in Australia for the past two years. However, instead of recommending keratin, which would have been more appropriate, I was advised to go for a smoothing treatment. Unfortunately, this completely damaged the natural texture of my hair. I was initially charged 11,000 for the smoothing treatment. When I expressed my concerns, I was told that keratin should have been done, and I expected the mistake to be rectified without any additional cost. However, I was charged an extra 3,000 for the keratin treatment, bringing the total to 14,000. What was even more disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment or apology for the mistake. While I must commend the stylist who worked on my hair--she was extremely kind and professional--the overall treatment experience was unsatisfactory and disheartening. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your services and ensure a better experience for future clients.

Too bad service of nails . They charges to me 2500 rupees but nails was just looks like 200 rupees . Rather than hair service was good. But I recommend to all guys if u have wish to do nail extensions . Plz never go at here. I really feel bad and too much aggressive on them

Uneducated Owner and staff, no manners, no respect for elder person, no sympathy on kids. No Common sense of driving and parking. Only thing she might know is blocking others parking and then being rude and arguing. Instead of saying sorry. Only considering her self respect as being owner of the place and others as someone with no self respect. Should learn to be a human being rather than being Owner of a parlour. Deserve negative star.

I visited this salon in 2019. I just saw my pictures and remember that stunning look they gave me on my precious day. Staff was so polite, Specially Sukh and Simran.

Worst services. I'm not happy with the work they have done. Don't use their services,. She ruined my special day with wrong makeup and base. Even she did not set up my makeup as well. Owner attitude ridiculous service.

Wanted to give negative star. Wife lost almost all hair and these people would not show any responsibility. Saab to buri service. Bus bevekoof Bana ke paise loot rehe.
