Orane International Academy & Salon Zira

Very bad customer experience, I have done my nail extensions which didn't even last till 1 week. Before doing extensions, Staff said "It will last more than 1 month and it's our guarantee". When I showed my nails to staff after 1 week and ask them to fix it. Staff denied to fix it and asked me to pay the full price again. Very poor communication between staff and staff was too rude Totally Time waste

Amazing service quality. The best thing about them is the personalised touch they give to every customer and guide you so well. Orane always feels like home where i can go and get all the pampering done. So impressed! Good job to the whole team, l'm for sure Gonna be a regular.

Hii i have a really bad experience with orane. They don't knew how to talk with customers. I booked orane on my brother wedding. In morning time i went with my cousins. seriously they did disgusting makeup and they don't knew how to do hair style. They did very simple hair style with pins. Me and my cousins didn't like the makeup and hair style. just one girl was doing a makeup of 4 girls with fast way. it was not good. if u guys don't have good staff then close ur orane. but we wasted our time and 10000 rupees. it's a request to owner of this orane. plz take care of ur customers and give training to ur staff keep attitude low and be happy with customers and do good job. thanku

Worst Experience ever, i got my nails done very poor quality. Zero service skills. I would suggest please don,t waste your money and time.
