I had a great experience at Amara. The owner, Amit, and the staff are very polite and experienced. Although the price is a bit high, the quality of service is genuinely excellent. This was my first visit to the salon, and they provided me with all the necessary details to keep in mind and gave their best in every service The staff are highly experienced, and they did a fantastic job with the facial, body massage, and hair spa. I particularly loved the hair massage. Overall, I believe that if the quality is good, the price is justified. Well worth it!

I recently visited Amara Hair Beauty Salon & Academy, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The salon's overall cleanliness is very poor, which immediately gave a bad impression. Moreover, the pricing structure for a haircut (and beard trim) seems to vary based on whether you're a local or not--locals are charged around 250-300 rupees, while those from outside end up paying 450-500 rupees. This practice feels both unfair and unprofessional. Speaking of professionalism, the stylists themselves didn't come across as well-trained or experienced, which further detracted from the service. All in all, it was a very unpleasant visit and I would not recommend this salon.

When I reached at 10:15am, no employee was attending the salon.. it was empty..I called three or 4 times "Hello", somebody came after 2 -3 mins. I thought "first come first serve" would apply, but he chose someone who came just after me. Employee asked me to wait in reception area without turning AC On.. outside temp was 43*C. Very poor customer engagement.and non-professional.

Great place ! they gave us the exact haircut we wanted . The staff was also very friendly

A saloon with name of "L'oreal" but i doubt. They provide pathetic service. Untrained and unprofessional staff. There were 3 newbies and even after saying that this is my first time in your saloon kindly provide the good one. The attended even admitted that that provided a bad haircut and can't help. When asking about bill they said they don't provide that nowadays. Don't go if you want a good haircut or any other services.

Had O3 facial took 2 hrs but very effective. The place has proper hygiene and good for Men's facial.

They lack professionalism in every service they offer. Don't ever go here for haircuts. The owner remains out of town most of the time (was told this by their own staff) and the staff is equal to 'mohalle waali parlour aunty' (plus 2x the charges)
