Directions Family Salon Cum Beauty Clinic

Absolutely worst parlour ever. Directions doesn't know how to talk to customers properly or even provide full service. They will charge you very heavily but will give you absolutely low quality service. On approaching the management, they will give you sick justifications and will further blame it on the customer. Neither the service is good nor the staff is decent, would rather prefer going to any small parlour than go to directions.

No value of time. Will keep you waiting in pretex of 10 minutes which will extend to an hour. Service is not at all up to the mark, poor. Will charge you uselessely on essential things (whithout prior information). A really bad experience. Went for a Hair spa, a total waste

Got my bridal makeup done there. The MUA did exactly what I asked for and helped me achieve the look that I dreamed of. Very professional and well-behaved.
