Jawed Habib Hair & Beauty Unisex Saloon

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Jawed Habib for hair highlights. I spent four hours in the salon, only to leave with the job unfinished because I had to get to work. Despite entering the salon at 12 PM, they still hadn't completed the process by 4 PM. To make matters worse, I can barely notice any difference in my hair color--it was a total waste of money. The salon is clearly understaffed and the team lacks the necessary expertise. A process that should take two hours was dragged out due to their inefficient techniques and shortage of manpower. The staff didn't listen to my requests; I specifically asked for 10-15 streaks, but they went ahead and did 24, despite my repeated objections. I also requested a copper color, but they insisted on a dull chocolate shade that isn't even visible on my hair. Overall, it was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I cannot recommend their services, as they failed to deliver on every front.

This place is empty every time but whenever we ask for appointments via card ,they always deny....my experience was very worst

This is the worst saloon, I have ever visited, There is no proper response from staff for anything, they are not even using all the required products used for giving any service, No professional staff, all the staff members are just sitting ideally and listening music there, they are just doing everything in hurry just to complete their work.... that's it. Customer satisfaction is nothing for them. If anyone reading my review here, please don't go there to waste your money.

I had an amazing experience during my visit. The staff were professional and well-equipped to answer my questions. Sunil had done a fabulous job with my hair color. Kudos to the team.

Poor response poor service ill mannered staff .... They do marketting by giving cards , charge money, cheat people and whenever u call for services they say we are booked.......inspite of the fact they are sitting idle with no clients. Such outlets are defaming the name of a famous brand.........JAWED HABIB DO NOT GO EVEN U HAVE EXTRA MONEY IN YOUR POCKET

Worst experience.. while selling the card they will make all promises but when it comes to fulfilling them they have all reasons.. not answering calls.. time is until 8 pm but they stop serving from.6 pm onwards.. this is the one above rr mart .. vaishali nagar

Amazing experience i ever had ,i tried SPA many times but here i am amazed by the service. Austin took a hair spa and i must recommend.
