I've never had such an experience anywhere. The staff members were so disrespectful and mean for just not taking an appointment before showing up even after mentioning about trying to call them in the morning and their number being unreachable. The staff was not ready to accept about their number not working and told us continuously that we have must dialed the wrong one. Even after all this we agreed it was our fault for not paying attention to the number and asked them to make an exception just for today as we were totally unaware of any rule of such kind and did not predicted a behavior as of them. There was no surprise in the fact that they turned us down when there were clearly people free. After insisting for a while they asked us to come the next day and that too after taking an appointment. Even if their staff was not free they could've asked us in a polite manner to wait for some time or could've made an exception for just ones or just could've been a little bit more considerate of the situation and took care of their tone while speaking. (As a matter of fact we didn't even wanted to purchase their coupons and vouchers but were forced to do that too promising good service which was clearly not the case)

Never had such disrespectful experience before. The staff members were so rude. I had taken an appointment a day before and on the day they said we already have an appointment with somebody else. After sometime I got a call from staff member that you can come now. They had done the facial for barely 15 mins. And then the staff member started doing wax and the wax was too hot. I told her 2-3 times and she kept telling me that normal wax aisa hi hota hai you don't know. Unprofessional and untrained staff. I recommend to avoid this place.
