Inadequate staff and poor service. Took long hours for performance of service and the execution was also not satisfactory. On the day of reception, they sent back the help on the assumption that I might not come for getting bridal makeup for the main event of reception despite the fact that I was there whole day for my engagement and sangeet makeup. Thus, when I reached there, they took very long hours for reception makeup due to non-presence of staff. This made me extremely late for reception with the wrath of both side of family members. I would suggest not to undertake their bridal services because of the said reason. Further, they were asking to pay the whole amount for such lethargy of service without considering the fact that they ruined the reception of my own wedding. Since the services were not adequately provided, I as an unsatisfied consumer did not paid the whole amount and when asked I told them the reason for the same. However, they are keep on pestering me for the full payment despite the fact of the matter being that the services are provided in unprofessional manner.
