They were rude, inattentive, and seemed completely uninterested in providing quality service. I expected a relaxing and professional environment, but instead, I felt uncomfortable the entire time. The service itself was rushed and poorly done, leaving me dissatisfied with the results. On top of that, they were not accommodating or willing to address concerns. For the prices they charge, I expected much better treatment and results. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant beauty service. There are much better options out there!
