Ok since you said that staff is trained. Let me tell you that staff is very new and highly untrained and regarding rates, nobody charge 250 rupees for color application in whole of Bhiwadi. And you are not even close to the top salons of Bhiwadi so get out of your delusional world. Don't think your parlor will last enough.
