Looks Beauty Parlour & Unisex Salon

I used to visit frequently for basic salon services until December 2024, when their rude behavior became intolerable. I've always sensed a tone of arrogance in almost every staff member, including the owner, but I kept visiting because of their experience. They are hardly ever polite or cooperative and always behave as if they have no time for anyone--especially if you want services from the owner. They'll often be doing nothing--just using their phones or wandering around--and still tell you to book an appointment before coming. And if you book an appointment but arrive 15-20 minutes late (which is quite normal in India), they'll simply tell you to come another day, as if it's the only salon in Bikaner. Zero customer service. Also, one of my friends visited the salon for makeup services last month. She had Looks Salon vouchers and asked if she could use them. That's when we found out this is not an authentic Looks Salon chain. Then I understood why their customer service is so unprofessional, unlike my amazing experiences at other official Looks branches. There are much better places in Bikaner--authentic salon chains like Jawed Habib maintain much, much better standards (speaking from personal experience). The one run by their mother at another place is way more professional and polite. She is a nice lady, knows how to talk to their customers.

One of the most relaxing hair spas I have ever done was at Looks Salon today. Shivam is leagues ahead in doing the most suitable haircuts. I got an undercut done today by him and it was wonderfully done. Maya did my hair spa. She did a great job doing the massage and was very pleasant to talk to, as always. She ensures the customer is comfortable and happy while the service is being done. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Looks today, just like always.

Got my hair coloured for the first time and the results were ASTONISHING!! LOVED THE COLOUR! Turned out exactly how i wanted it.The people there are very sweet and professional.The best hair treatment I've ever gotten! Must visit.Also Hospitality was amazing, products used were professional and Shivam is an amazing artist, CANT RECOMMENDED ANY OTHER SALON THAN LOOKS!!

This is the first time in a long time that I got a haircut in Bikaner.. I have to say Shivam bhaiya did a fabulous job I'm so glad I came here and did not experiment.. I'm totally loving my hair they are so happy looking rn

I always go to Looks Beauty Parlour. the atmosphere there is very good. I always take service from Nisha, she is very calm and soft spoken. She is of very friendly nature. Nisha does her work very well. I love to visit there....

The facial was incredibly relaxing and left my skin glowing, while the pedicure was meticulous and refreshing.
