Very unprofessional staff including the in charge. Customer preference is neglected. Writing this review after 6-7 visits. They charged me for head massage and finished in very less time. Wont recommend to anyone. Total waste of time and money.

Worst behaviour and third class service

Well trained staff. Services and hospitality are really good. Coming from a metro city, I can't expect a salon like this Bikaner. I am not sure about the products they are using but the facial I have opted for is decent. Not bad not that great.

A very few salon can satisfy it's customers and of those only few can even retain their customers. Amazing place, amazing experience, on par with salons of metros. Kudos to Mr Jeeshan and special mention for Mr dharm.

The price are quite high but the service is below average and the staff take you preference for granted and do whatever hairstyle easy and convenient for them to do. This is my personal experience may be it was my bad day.

Need to learn how to communicate with the customers. Owner talks rude like a ganwar person. Would avoid this type of business..!!

Worst saloon of bikaner. the staff is too rude behaviour . and not trained at all they burned my skin while waxing . Too expensive and it's not worth because their services are bad quality .

Good place with excellent services. Pricing of few services is bit weird.
