Went in to get my gel nails fixed and they did a fantastic job. Staff is super friendly and helpful and will work with you to determine which treatments are best for you. Also ended up getting a facial and a body scrub and even after a few days my face and body still glows! Highly recommend if you're in the Vaishali Nagar area!

I got a full body laser and they asked me to not get waxed between sessions and encouraged me to shave if needed between sessions, which in turn worsened my hair growth and their laser machine is basically a toy with red light. They don't use sanitary procedures or any precautions with the skin prep before laser, they have burnt my skin numerous times and once there was a camera in the place where I changed my clothes. I took full body laser hair removal and after 8 sittings she promised I'd see 80% visible less hair growth and instead I had 20% worse hair growth. My hair was never thick and black so I complained to PARUL, the owner and she said it was just because of my hormonal changes and suggested a hormone test and my results were all perfectly normal after this she said it was your fault you shaved in between sessions, she asked me to do so if i wanted to ! Terrible services and worst hospitality offered. They're running a fraud business
