I Pooja recently visited dhd salon for a haircut with Nitesh and an upper lip waxing with Payal. I must say, both services were fantastic! Nitesh gave me the perfect haircut, exactly what I wanted. He was really attentive and made sure to listen to my preferences, which made me feel confident about the final result. The cut turned out beautifully, and I've been getting compliments ever since! Payal, who handled my upper lip waxing, was gentle and professional. She made the whole process quick and as comfortable as possible. One of the worst customer experience you could ever get here at nirmal nagar branch. The staff is so unprofessional that they keep on talking over phones and not even think about customer satisfaction while providing the service. They have a very egoistic owner who has abused us as a customer. NEVER EVER VISIT THIS SALON IF YOU WANT PEACE AFTER THE EXPERIENCE. Their pricing is according to their wish and will and not standard at all.
