Exquisite Unisex Salon

Today, I visited this salon expecting a professional and pleasant experience. However, I was utterly disappointed. The staff member who attended to me was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic manners. From the beginning, she bombarded me with unnecessary questions and behaved in an unprofessional manner. When she started threading, it felt as if she was stitching rather than performing a beauty service. The technique was completely wrong, and it was extremely painful. During my upper lip threading, it felt like she was peeling off my skin rather than removing hair. When I pointed this out and asked her to be more careful, she responded with absurd excuses instead of correcting her approach. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, she gave rude and dismissive replies, which made the experience even worse. It's shocking to see such behavior in a well-known salon. If they hire staff with such poor skills and customer service, then people might as well go to smaller parlors where at least the service is decent. As a creator, I am highly disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone. No one should have to pay to be treated so poorly.

I have taken pre bridal package, the experience was very good and the behaviour of the staff was also very good specially Jyoti ji . Every thing was taken care of very well. Everything was at a reasonable price.

I consider myself as a part of EXQUISITE FAMILY as I visited this place for n number of times to avail so many services. Perfect place to groom yourself...excellent staff (experts) beautiful ambience. I specially want to mention that one must must must try facial services given by Ms. Jyoti and Ms. Soniya and m a big big fan of Vikram Bhaiya's spa and pedicure services. In short PAISA WASOOL

I got a full body massage, I am new to jaipur and this was the best decision I took ! It was suggested by a friend and jyoti her pressure was tooo good ! It was very very rejuvenating ! Will surely visit again !

Well managed salon in a cozy space... mostly all salon services are available at reasonable prices

They just will scam you in the name of detanning and this saloon has a lot of salespersons to loot your hard-earned money and they inflate your bills like anything

Very nice saloon with proper hygiene. Mr Basu is the excellent staff who know his job and needs of customer based on their age, profession. Very courteous and humble. I recommend all to visit once who need such services to experience the class. Keep it up guys.
