I got a my nails done and pedicure. The staff was nice and the girl who did my nails spent a lot of time getting the technique perfect and to make sure my nails looked as good as the reference photo. She was also patient and very friendly. I definitely enjoyed my experience and Ill come back fir another set of nails!

I visited this salon with a friend and had an incredibly disappointing experience. While the technicians are skilled at doing beautiful nails, the service was far from professional. During my pedicure, the cuticle cutter was passed around to another customer, which felt unhygienic. The technician who did my nails was also quite rude. I understand that a conversation with a professional isn't always expected, but basic respect is. To make matters worse, when a tool was used to remove dead skin, I was left with a painful scar, and even two days later, the pain hasn't subsided. I won't be returning.

I am not an Indian resident and travelled to Jaipur in Nov-Dec 2024 for my wedding. I relied a lot on the reviews before booking my full body waxing, facial, hair treatments, pedicure and manicure with Ombre. The facial, hair and pedicure were great. However, when it came to the waxing, it was horrible. I had to tell the lady to stop the waxing in the middle as it was extremely painful. Service wise the staffs were very welcoming but very slow. Location was also not so great to go alone. I took the services on 2 different days. On the first day, I had done upper body waxing and hair treatments. I was very happy and one lady there even proposed me to get my gel polish at their salon. The next day I got rashes all over my body and couldn't do body polishing. I had to somehow get my treatment from the same salon because they proposed me a package which required an advance payment. On the next day which was also the eve of my mehendi, I asked them to do my gel polish and they said the person who does the gel polish was on leave and they couldn't help. I was very disappointed because I barely knew where to take services in jaipur. It was also late night. I've been doing full body waxing in and outside India, I never had such experiences with wax. In general, the waxing experience and non availability of gel polish artist, spoilt my experience in Jaipur and makes me write, not worth it for the price I paid.

Loved the experience!! Staff was very welcoming and the person who did my nails was very cooperative and was constantly asking if I liked the design.
