I had the most amazing experience with my makeup artist, Harshita ji, for all my wedding functions - Mehndi, Sangeet, Phere, and Bridal day. Every single look was absolutely stunning and exactly what I had envisioned - in fact, even better! She truly took the time to listen to what I wanted and also shared her professional suggestions which made a huge difference. I really appreciated how she never forced anything on me and always made sure I was comfortable with every step, from the makeup shades to the final touches. Each look was thoughtfully planned and suited the vibe of the function - soft and glowy for Mehndi, bold and festive for Sangeet, elegant for the pheras, and a dreamy bridal look for the big day! The pre-bridal services were also excellent. She customized everything based on my skin type and concerns, and my skin felt so good and healthy by the time of the functions. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Her professionalism, creativity, and warmth made me feel truly special. Highly recommend her to any bride-to-be!

At my marriage make up was not up to the mark for me and my family, staff is not well trained. I paid 33K in total for my bridal make up. After waxing and body polishing by franchise owner I had itching and burning sensation and I ended up visiting dermatologist after 15 days of suffering.

Not at all worth it . Overpriced for the service and swrvice itself was average at best . Hair length were cut too much than desired from behind . Premium facial was not explained and even steps were forgotten but cost was elaborated . In waxing no proper care was Hot rica wax kept on falling on skin in beads which burned the skin . The stylist (Karan) is well aware of the importance of hair you have. He always recommends what suits you and never misguide for the product. Great service experience. I prefer and request you all to go the place and avail the best service they provide.

The best salon visited till now. I booked my pre-bridal services & bridal makeup from this salon. I got the best services. All my 5 makeup looks were amazing & totally different. The best part about this salon is that the franchise owner - Harshita Ji is itself the one who does all the bridal makeups. She is a very experienced makeup artist. She made my dream looks for my wedding. So grateful for her and her friendly staff. I made the best decision of choosing this salon for my wedding. I wish my review help other bride-to-be as well .

Disappointing and painful waxing experience- A few day ago, I visited SHADES SKIN & HAIR CARE, PATRAKAR COLONY for a waxing service, but unfortunately, it was a disaster. The technician seemed inexperienced, and the wax was too hot, causing burning and scabbing. The after-care was also lacking, leading to intense itching and discomfort. I was expecting a smooth and relaxing experience, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and in pain. For a salon that claims to offer quality services, this was a major letdown. Unless they improve their techniques and training, I would not recommend their waxing services to anyone... Update: I hope the salon takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future.
