Poor, pathetic & highly INSENSITIVE staff. Made wait for more than 30 minutes after saying 5 minutes. Didn't have basic audacity to offer water to someone. Sanjay & this lady in image when asked her name - showed ATTITUDE & is ARROGANT. What's the point of calling yourself a luxury salon when you treat customers like this? Please be aware whoever goes there. Shameless fraudsters & illiterate as well.

Very worst service provided...staff was not at all polite and cooperative donot call yourself a luxury salon when you cannot provide basic servies to you customer... worst ever experience... would not recommend it to anyone

Had a wonderful experience at Shades Raja Park! Miss Ritu is amazing at eyebrow threading--light-handed, skilled, and super friendly. Loved the relaxing facial by Miss Neeta, and Mr. Vinod did a fantastic job with my hair styling. A special mention to the manager, she was courteous and ensured everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend their services!

Please don't go to this salon, they don't believe in customer service they just chase you for money and will not at all provide the services. If you have bought any coupon they will not entertain you will not give time and even if got time the services will not be upto mark. worst ever Shades salon

Such a pathetic experience. Such a fraud parlour I've ever seen in my life. Guys, don't waste your money in this salon. At the same price, you can prefer a good salon. They didn't provide me proper spa the steps are incomplete but they took full payment. There is no transparency on their prices. I have asked them three times for the price chart, and they have not provided it to me. For RICA half legs, they charged me 500/-; for RICA underarms, they charged me 200/-. For upperlips with threading, they charged me 30/-. Hair spa for dandruff; they charged me 1500/-, but the dandruff was the same; no improvement if they have some etiquette; they can charge half of the spa price, but they didn't do this even though they charged me more than 2,280/-, but in my counting it was 2,230/-. How much audacity do they have? I'm surprised at how much they are doing fraud and for how many years. The services are terrible. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD

Excellent massage, hair cut, styling and blow dry from Srikanth I'm leaving for London tomorrow and am super pleased with my hairstyle and feel much more relaxed Definitely recommend
