Dazzle Station Unisex salon

The staff took me in within minutes of walking in, and gave a great haircut and beard cleanup. It started with a shampoo and conditioner treatment, which felt very nice. The cut was professional and well done, with the barber only asking a few questions but not forcing the conversation as I wasn't too talkative (respecting the customers wishes). They also stopped for a short chai or coffee break, which I found was a great idea. I slowly sipped on my small coffee and once I was done the barber came back to resume the cut. They charged me 400 for a cut and a beard trim, which I found was a reasonable price.

Most pathetic experience. The staff Is totally inexperienced. Charged me 7000 for balayage and gave me 25 highlights instead! The staff doesn't even know the difference between highlights ombre and Balayage.... they are just using customers as guinea pigs for experimenting.

Pathetic service. Staff don't care even after giving appointments. They believe giving priority to their known customers. Routine walk-in customers are being ignored. Stylist refuses to do haircut if we insist for hair wash. Very unprofessional.
