Worst place I will highly recommend to not even try. I cant give less than 1 star other wise i have given. I have try many time this haircut salon to give some chances but every time I get bad experience

Thank you to Farooq for.adding his charm to get the perfect groom look for my brother. I was a bit sceptical before walking in to salon, however, Farooq helped with all the minute details and assisted in achieving the perfect look for a memorable evening. Worst experience, went 4 times, 4 times just due to time unavailablity to search another and it's on route too. I shown my haircut which was actually good but they didn't do that way, and showing themselves as they've done a good job. On complaining they just try to convince, ridiculous: samne or piche se Baal jump krk side me shift ho rhe h, khade h or use ye achi haircut batate h, Le-deke bus side se short(skin showing) [Virat Kohli] type haircut hi aata h, unke bus ki baat nhi h 1 acha haircut Dena ,.or ye jo Kiya h ye bus starting k 4-5 din hi acha lgta h then u have to deal with it (always or next haircut) ; BC Pics Bata di smjha diya ki haircut kesa krna h kesa nhi fir bhi inse sahi kaam nhi hota.. Inko bus se matlab h, ki humne to haircut Kiya, customer needs se unconvinience se unhe koi matlab nhi. They have just destructed my hair. Comparable to the photo I am in light brown colour.

Staff is very trained and friendly Prices are also reasonable

iconic salloon is very ICONIC. It's staff and environment is very nice. But i want to give them a suggestion... they have not any website online. So they should go online and I can create a website for them if they want.

Staff behaviour not satisfactory..... Due to shortage of time was referred here from chopasni road iconic branch to sardarpura branch...... Drived and reached here and the guy on reception tells that they are shortage of staff..... Very unapologetic.... Sara sa muh banate hue as if ehsaan jata rahe ho..... No apology , no sorry , no humbleness ..... A very bad and rude experience. Don't recommend coming here...... They don't realise a good customer experience matters for shop running good. Interiors were good but nothing matters than a humble staff........ I hope they improve it although I won't come here and recommend others too to not come here too......

Staff is very very rude. They dont know how to speak politely. Also, they waste a lot of time in using their phones. After every haircut, they take a break of 10mins. Even if they are that a lot of people are waiting for their turn, they keep remain engaged in their phones
