Nature of staff is horrible. they keep too much work on themselves keep trying to shift the person here n there keep the coustomers waiting no proper use of makeup equipment, hygiene is not maintained as per covid. Product are not used in proper way they choose shades which doesn't even match skin tone goes as per there comfort only doesn't provide a proper service what u need and asked for they do on there own things. Casual attitude towards coustomers. Poor service
