I went there to get a hair wash, haircut, and a blow dry. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. I showed pictures of a soft layer haircut with face framing pieces that I wanted and I also showed them a picture of a feather cut that I didn't want at all. Still, the person (I will not call him a hairstylist) chopped off more hair than I told him to and gave me a feather cut, which I had specifically asked him not to do. I called the receptionist and told her everything. She even agreed that he did a feather cut when I had asked for layers, but they weren't sorry at all. Later, they sent me to the owner of the salon to fix it, which made everything worse. She chopped off a few more inches and I ended up with a kind of wolf cut. Then they couldn't even do the blow-dry properly. My hair used to be above my waist, and now it's just below my shoulders. After the blow-dry, I looked like a lion, with all the hair in my face no kidding. For this disaster, I paid 500 rupees. Before the payment, the receptionist was using words like "advanced haircut" and "advanced blow dry." Sadly, every service was way below average. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They didn't have many customers, the seats were empty and still they made me wait around 30 minutes more or less. Bottom line, save yourself and your hair.

Update: don't get the non-gel manicure or pedicure . The normal nail polishes are old and came off within an hour of leaving (despite waiting 20 mins for them to dry) I won't return again Excellent service. Heena and Ritika were especially thorough. Fair prices. Nice set up.

They give you the appointment and then the say services not available. And also back answer you are not understanding and accommodating rest everyone is, puja/priya whosoever was on the desk. Extremely poor behaviour. Misbehaving & impolite staff. Not understanding basic maths. Just a big showroom with services and things not working properly. Not recommended at all.

I have wonderfull experience of hair spa and clean up done by nagina ma'am. Totally satisfied with her services. And thanks to geetanjali ma'am and her mother for guidance

Clearly asked for hair wash and blow dry.. she suggested conditioning as an additional on ... Agreed to a price ... Even tho there were no other customers, the staff made me wait. Finally washed hair but the young boy was so so rough .. and so inexperienced in blowdrying hair. Also had not washed it well enough so the hair felt sticky ... And at payment time asked for more than was fixed because he insisted he has done "advanced blowdrying" ... Huh ... Never again
