I wish i could give less than one star but can't so giving 1 star I recently took their facial service and was assisted by nakul pathetic service Out of 45 min i was sitting idle for 35 min. He was just applying and removing the creams He legit massaged my face for 3 mins and he was so arrogant when i asked him to do more Not at all recommended Big name shallow service

Shades' services were good few months back. Now they are degraded and how! Unskilled staff. Unsatisfactory services. Overpriced according to the quality of service they provide. You'll get highly disappointed. My genuine advice is to try some other salons.

They just ruined my whole eyebrows , just destroyed my own original shape. Also i have given prior instructions that don't just destroy my shape and don't thin it . Then also they did it, not satisfied with their services , will not suggest anyone to visit

Horrible haircut fr d time being it looks good after d first wash u'll feel like u had a haircut from 90s The guy over there with he scissors needs to go fr some more training The services are not as expected and hygiene is not taken care of In all the worst experience atleast I'll have to wait for 3 months or more to get back to normal
