It used to be a top beauty parlour for everything. Specially behaviour of the staff was very good but I don't know because of what reason all services are getting so degraded. I went for threading and that staff named Madhu was sooo rude, first of all she peeled off my skin and when I pointed out remaining hair around my eyebrows she angrily started pulling thread on my brows. I was talking so polietly but she was in so hurry, she didn't even wipe hair from my face didn't even offer me a cream after asking 2 times. I am going there since last 6 years and from last 3-4 times I am noticing this rude behaviour of hers. They all act so nice infront of Sumitra aunty (the owner) but she is not there since so many days and here it is there senseless behaviour and they keep the parlour so unhygienic. And Well, not particularly with me I have noticed their bad behaviour with every customer. Being a customer from so many years I didn't want to point this out but it is extreme. I have been in good terms with aunty and to be honest people are going here just because of aunty's good behaviour but the staff is looting the reputation of this parlour. Highly disappointed.

I had got party makeup done on 28th November. The makeup started to become cakey after 2-3 hours. Also, I have a slim face so cutting was not required as the face looked even more slimmer and I had to get it fixed at the engagement venue. Hairstyle was good no doubt about that but improvement is needed on the makeup part.
