I visited dr geetanjali salon with trust -- and walked out with heartbreak. I had waist-to-knee length, thick, healthy hair that I had nurtured for years with love and care. But this salon ruined it all in one session. They used a comb on completely tangled, dry, damaged hair without any care or technique -- no sectioning, no detangler, no patience. My hair literally started breaking in clumps in front of me. When I tried to speak up, I was ignored -- and on top of that, I was charged 11,000 for this trauma. Now my hair -- which used to touch my knees -- barely reaches my shoulders. It's uneven, damaged, and emotionally painful to even look in the mirror. This is not just hair -- this was my identity. And it was destroyed in one careless appointment. If you value your hair, your time, your emotions -- I strongly urge you to stay away from this salon "If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone."
