Pathetic service. Worst experience for the first timer or they simply don't care about new customers. I recently went for hair colour. They took around 4 hours. It was not even crowded. When I inquired about the price for hair colour they said it is for 6000 when I said okay then another person just changed the price to 7000 + gst saying that it's according to length. I said okay. Then they could not find the colour i wanted but somehow they managed. After 4 hours of waiting my hair colour was finally done and it actually looked good but the hairs were way too rough.this was my first time having rough hair after leaving a saloon. But the worst thing happened is, in just one wash the colour is gone. Going there is just a waste of money and time.

I hv been coming to Looks salon (Udaipur) for last 1year and have always had a very good experience. The management and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating . The service quality is also very good. It's great to have them in the neighbourhood!

Had booked party make up for my sister's wedding. The crew was very nice and they came on time to the venue. Preeti's eye make up stood out on all the days for everyone. She is Very good with her work. Rani in the team is also an all Rounder! Had a good experience!

Rani did my kerastase ritual.. and my haircut. I specifically mentioned my concern was dry hair and frizz. They gave me Rs.5100 treatment yet had to blowdry style my hair to make it look decent. I feel premiere treatment shouldn't be forced on everyone.. just because it's new. I have been doing these kerastase rituals for over 4years.. these treatment are good only they are used for the intended. The haircut was good. The photo shows the hair condition after my 5100 rupees!

My hair was chopped unevenly, which was an awful experience. What more could you ask of a salon? At the very least, they ought to know how to cut hair evenly. They finished my hair in only five to ten minutes because I didn't want any more services like color or anything else. Not at all recommended
