They scam people in the name of hair color. I went to their salon yesterday, and they had only one staff member for female customers, who was unskilled and inefficient. She scammed me in the name of hair color--I wanted golden, but she made my hair black. The way she applied the color was also terrible. After washing, my hair remained black instead of golden. The salon's service is pathetic, and the management is a complete failure. Going to this salon was a total waste.

Very bad experience I went for my haircut, the chair was very uncomfortable, and while washing my hair, they hurt my neck and head even after telling that boy multiple times so he sad the chair needs to be repair like what if it need to be repair then do it why you people are hurting the customer. After that the haircut was also not good, he did not cut like what i ask for so overall bad experience

One of the best salon in Udaipur, Mr Kamlesh ji and his team are very skilled with good nature.

Only one or two decent hair dresser, else all are newbies who don't know basics of haircut. Overpriced, due to brand name ! Strongly recommend not to go

The service right from haircut to massages as well as the complementary services are a complete package the salon is clean and the datff is well behaved .

I saw many good reviews than decided to be there, but found it's not the right place, a road side can do better hai cut than these people. I told them what I need with photo. But they cut like see attached photo. They did mistake and even charged, I suggest don't waste your time and money.
