Karma Unisex Salon and Spa

We had an extremely harrowing experience at Karma Salon, MG Marg, Gangtok, and I feel compelled to share it. On the evening of our visit, a massive fire broke out in the neighboring Tashi Delek Restaurant. While I was inside the salon with my child, everything suddenly went pitch dark. Instead of alerting or assisting us, the staff rushed to their balcony to investigate, spoke something in their language, and then fled the premises without informing or helping us. Amid the chaos and blackout, I went to the balcony and saw thick black smoke engulfing the area. It was terrifying, and I couldn't locate my child in the darkness. Calling out her name and using my phone's flashlight, I finally spotted her still sitting on the high chair, unable to get down because of the long apron they had put on her. I quickly carried her in my arms and rushed down the dark, dangerous staircase without a second thought. To my shock, the staff were standing outside on the road, watching everything unfold. They did not offer to help or apologize for abandoning us. When we reached the ground floor, one of them approached--not to check on us but to remove the apron from my child's neck. Their lack of concern for our safety was appalling. This experience left me deeply shaken. Such irresponsible behavior, especially during a life-threatening situation, is unacceptable. I hope this place either learns to prioritize customer safety or shuts down altogether.

Last monday i went to this salon to cut my hair. When I got home I saw that my hair was cut crooked, so I went back right away. Another person cut my hair straight and also change something in the front. But even after that, the lock at the front is not right at all.. there is no overflow between the lock and the rest of my hair.

it was my first and last visit rude staff pathetic behaviour and service their face says it all everyone seems to angry and didn't care about the customer ruined all my eyebrow kindly stay away from their service

They gave me a good hair cut but i found it a bit expensive than other salons which would give me the same results in a much affordable price. Staff are friendly and polite and the salon is hygienic.

worst service!! they dont know how to behave with customers properly!! bad behaviour no worst behaviour!! Taunting people saying bhar se yha aakar bheed badate h n all blah blah!! i will recommend not to visit even if they giving you free service!!
