We stayed here for two days. Hotel is really very good having all amenities. Rooms are spacious and we'll maintained and room service is satisfactory. Staffs are well mannered. Reception gives a very warm welcome to its guests. Complementary breakfast is available and provides sufficient amount of food. Restaurant is also very good and food quality & qualtity both are more than satisfactory. Highly recommended for tourists who want good hotels in pocket friendly budget. Location is also good as it's just 5min away from MG Road.

Very awesome stay with family. we enjoyed every bit here. Every staff of this hotel is very helpful and friendly. Foods was too good, Its near about M.G. Marg (The heart of gangtok city) location. Room is very clean, hygienic n spacious . it was wonderful. So i recommended to all friends go and enjoy in Hotel Snow Lion. Thanks to all.

We stayed here from June 1st to 5th. Most of the plug points and charging points were not working, bathroom door cannot be locked. In the complimentary breakfast the food served was not in proper quantity, even we were served rotten eggs. We reported it to the person seemed to be owner/ manager of the hotel. The only step he took was asking a boy to fetch an egg for him to check it out if we are telling truth. The dining was not well cleaned the food quality was average. We had to leave the curry untouched everyday as it was full of dry chilli flakes. We booked an OYO room so we had no idea of the other rooms. The room service was good but the main door of the hotel remain locked at night and we had to phone a guy sleeping at the first floor to open it before morning walk.

A very warmly place, that incorporates feelings of home. The interiors are very traditional and the beds are super comfy. Will reccomend to group of friends and a small family. But over all the place is good. The food too is quite good. Has a good menu of fish gravy.

The reason behind booking this property is its proximity to MG Marg. It is almost just a 5min walking distance.||||CheckIn was quick & they added extra charge for payment for using Card which is illegal. Though it says OYO but can be booked through FABEXPRESS as well & prices are better here.||||Rooms are huge with large side beds, extra bed, etc, Note that extra bed provided were not as comfortable as the big beds. Bathrooms were clean & big. The room allocated to us has problem with stinky smell coming from bathroom. We reported this & they rectify it temporarily. Next morning it started again & we asked them to change the room & they did. It is not good practice to keep customer in faulty room for over night. You should have decency to offer another room immediately once issue reported but NO you just don't care!||||The room provided was not as big as the previous one but free from smell. The complementary mineral water was provided in day of arrival ONLY & stopped later on.||||Breakfast is just OK. They arranged Taxi for us for sight seeing & the driver was good.

I enjoyed a lovely stay with my family on march 2017, main market is not very far. manager and staffs very efficient and humble. rooms are clean and free Wi-Fi available. foods were awesome. it was worthy staying there.

I spent one night I this hotel, before deciding to move to another one. Very humid room, really bad smell of moistures, TV not working, boys hardly understand anything, water leaking off the boiler in the bathroom, bed sheets smell humidity. I stop here: bad ratio price / quality (800 rupees off season) certainly not 3 stars at all. To be avoided at least in my opinion. Maybe the other floors are better. At your own risks.

Good hotel on Tibet road.to go m g road one has to travel up and down road for 5/10mins. Lodging is good neat and clean but the restaurant people can prepare good North Indian food but not chinese food.
