Worst experience ever, very unprofessional and inexperienced worker. They messed up my hair, it's uneven and looks like it's been cut by a butcher.

I loved the services they provide there. Specially mukti di...I found her very hardworking. Thanks to you that now I love my hair. Would definitely suggest to visit there.

I generally refrain from posting bad reviews, I try my best to hold everything in but this one experience has really pushed me to post it. I got threading & waxing. Threading was good, i liked it. But the waxing part, damn! If any staff does not know how to wax, then it should be the salon's responsibility to NOT assign them to that particular job. My right knee is bruised now and there are still so many visible hairs in many parts of my legs. I was planning for hands & underarms also, but the legs experience made me bail out, I couldn't take more risks. And it took about 1.5 hours just for legs. Before this whenever I got waxed, the professionals would get the job done (full legs, hands & underarms) within max an hour, and there would be little pain (no visible bruises, just strawberry skin for a day or two). But this time my knee is physically hurt. I do not think I'm going there ever again. Really disappointed over the experience. The lady assigned to me kept giving different excuses like "oh maybe earlier you used different wax, that's why it was better", etc etc and for some moments I even ended up considering those. But then I realised those cannot be true because earlier also I used to get Rica or Raga wax, it really depends on the person who does the job. And there is still so much wax stuck on my body now, I have to manually get them off me from shower. First waxing experience in Gangtok and this happened! (I have attached a photo of my right knee area in the photos option)
