Extremely Disappointed with Naturals Salon I recently visited Naturals Salon for a haircut, beard trim, and hair coloring, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. Here are the main issues I encountered during my visit: * Unwanted Short Haircut: I specifically requested a simple trim for my hair and beard, but the stylist ignored my instructions and cut my hair far too short. The result was nothing like what I asked for, leaving me upset and uncomfortable with a style I never wanted. * Hair Color Faded Overnight: I also opted for hair coloring during my visit. Shockingly, the color completely faded by the very next day, and all my white hairs were visible again. It looked as if I hadn't colored my hair at all, which is unacceptable after paying for a professional coloring service. * Rude and Irresponsible Staff: When I returned to the salon to complain about the poor results, the staff's response was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue or offering a solution, they told me to just apply the color again. This attitude is absolutely unacceptable - I paid for a service and I shouldn't have to redo their job on my own time. * Wasted Time and Money: This experience has been a huge waste of my time and money. I left the salon with a botched haircut and a hair color that didn't even last 24 hours. Now I'm forced to either fix it myself or pay someone else to correct their mistakes. As a customer, I should never have to fix the salon's errors right after an appointment. * Poor Quality and Inexperienced Staff: It's clear to me that Naturals has hired inexperienced staff and is not maintaining the quality or standards one would expect from a salon of this reputation. The lack of skill in the haircut, the low-quality hair color, and the dismissive customer service all point to a serious decline in standards at this location. In conclusion, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my visit to Naturals Salon. I expected professional, high-quality service, but instead I got the opposite. I will not be returning to this salon, and I urge others to think twice before trusting Naturals with your hair. This kind of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately by the management.

The hairstylist is fantastic.she is very kind to us. her name is gomathi.i have thin hair she suggest me layer hair cut.i loved my hair cut ,she make my hair so beautiful .thank u so much gomathi mam.I loved ur work so much

Only one tamil person available, most of them are hindi persons who cant understand what we say does whatever they want worst service by them, if more tamil persons or persons who understand english are appointed, it will be much better

Poor outcome. What they said is not executed. Make up not settled properly, or ruin within half an hour. Totally waste of money. Not recommended for groom make up.

Am writing about the Natural branch located near to Government Hospital Arakkonam, the service was awful I never faced such a humiliation in my life at any salons, ladies stylists are arrogant . I asked her can I get a wolf haircut if possible cuz my hair doesn't have much density!! For that she took my hair upwards and showed it to an another stylist and started laughing and she told hey look at this hair !!!! And she started to humiliate me in front of other customers by saying your hair is so damaged and you can only get U or V cut and then she proceeded to giggle with her fellow stylist. I was about to cry because I never faced these kinda inhuman behaviour in my life....,. I will never recommend this Natural Arakkonam Branch to Anyone .....

A better place in Arakkonam to have grooming related activities in the town. The cost is at a higher margin due to its ambience. The barber who did me the hair cut was busy with his mobile, so I had to wait for a longer time for his service.

I had a layer hair cut done by devi sree. She is so kind and I felt so comfortable with her. This place is so worth for your money and time.
