This was my 2nd visit to Signature saloon for hair spa. First did pedicure here. Both pedicure and hair spa done by Harini was very relaxing. She explained each step of pedicure in detail. Very friendly , good team and excellent ambience. One suggestion would be : can provide timely offers.

Poor customer service If we charge high price, then we are not belongs to best service provider in town. Pls educate your employees about how to handle customer , how to respect them How to follow up a customer. I visited ur saloon for booking bridal makeup, but the unpleasant situation and your employee handlings, I decided to move on others. You people are validating a customer based on their look and apperance.

One of the BEST experience from the, "VADAKAN with Pan Parag in their mouth." I did hair cut along with De-tan. Hair cut is ok. I were extremely struggled to convey the hair style. Thank god nothing goes wrong During De-tan they forget about me to moisture inbetween intervals.......... Finally Don't spoil ur Peace

It was an ultimate experience in signature saloon. This was my second visit to this saloon to get a haircut. Stylist Ms.Brindha did an incredible job by marking me comfortable in this whole process. Much impressed on the hospitality provided by them. Whatever style I had pictured for myself, she was able to understand and excite it even better than I had imagined.. cost wise is very affordable comparing to saloons in Chennai... Definitely a must try saloon in Arakkonam
