Skilled service providers. Affordable price and decent ambience. Hygienic tools and good products. Only negative aspect is that the service providers must be trained to utilise amenities effectively. I have seen twice a service provider dropping a razor blade on floor after it has been used.

Yesterday we had a service here by taking their coupon for 50% discount. Their coupon doesn't have any terms. But they say many terms to avail their service. Single Coupon applicable to single person, free service applicable only on bleaching and facial, coupon to be produced before taking service, No validity mentioned on coupon (so they can deny when they get more demand), finally they give no bill. Their interiors and charges are so professional. But they don't have professionals inside for the service.

Service was really good and more than expected. Especially the person "Rahul Kumar"(from U.P state) who was kind and caring towards the customer which is hard to see now adays.... He was treating the person with atmost care. I strongly recommend Rahul for all the service to experience the best in Smart Look.

One of the best SPA in arakkonam. It is Unisex spa who is serving for gents/kids in ground floor and for women's in first floor. Mr.Vijayakumar founder of Smart looks respecting each and every customer and providing best service.

Even if they give 50% discount, I am not interested to avail their service. They don't have professionals on their service. But their charges and interiors are so professional. So decide before you go.

Rate is too much. Should be reduce. No any difference between ordinary shop and smart look. Except Not running AC.
